Jeff Hankins Sr. - President
Thirty-five (35) years of experience in the welding industrial sector has proven to be a valuable asset for Jeff. With strong knowledge in welding inspection, welding education, and welding quality, Jeff solves problems by creating solutions that work. Jeff’s plethora of knowledge stems from working in both the industrial, military, and educational facets of welding and construction as a welder, welding educator, and welding inspector. Utilization of this knowledge can serve projects with strenuous regulatory inspection/fabrication requirements and development of curriculum to provide a stronger workforce for companies. Jeff currently serves the welding community as a member of the Board for the local AWS section and teaching post-secondary welding educational courses.
Jonaaron Jones - Vice President of Engineering
Leading government research and development welding related projects has enabled Jonaaron to develop leadership and project management skills, which can lend themselves directly to construction projects. Jonaaron holds a M.S. in Material Science Engineering with an emphasis on joining processes. Initially a welder by trade and welding inspector, Jonaaron pulls both experience and theory as a tool for customers to increase success. Jonaaron has experience as quality manager for a company that dealt with strenuous regulatory standards, which provides an experienced approach to situations that require cost-effective and time-sensitive solutions. Jonaaron currently serves as Chair for the local Oak Ridge AWS Section.
Devon R. Burkle - Vice President of Operations
Devon’s career has revolved around welding from research & development to production environments. Working as a welder and welding inspector has shown Devon areas that often fall short in construction and repair. This knowledge can be put to use by creating approaches to construction’s most difficult problems by leveraging past experiences with new technologies. Devon’s experience as a welding inspector stems from an environment that required him to be a conduit of communication between production management and engineering staff during implementation of an international regulatory standard. Devon currently serves as Treasurer for the local Oak Ridge ASNT Section.
